• Contact form. Your name, email address, and the message you send.
• Private previews. If we send you a password-protected preview link, we record when it is opened, the IP address it was opened from, and the browser user-agent. This tells us the preview reached you.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request data) for security and reliability.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

• To reply to your enquiry and take steps toward providing services you ask about (legitimate interests, and where relevant, steps prior to a contract).
• To confirm that a preview we sent was received and viewed, as part of a sales conversation (legitimate interests).
• To keep the site secure and working (legitimate interests).

We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS). Website hosting and the database that stores preview-open records.
• Cloudflare. DNS, bot protection, and relaying contact-form messages.
• Resend. Delivering contact-form emails to us.

We do not sell your data. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) apply.

• Preview-open records are automatically deleted after 90 days.
• Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, then deleted.

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your data, or to provide it in a portable format. Email office@fulcrumkd.com to exercise any of these. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

We use reputable providers and reasonable technical measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
